Matthew H. Foster, M.Ed.

Matt has worn many hats in the organizational development space including instructional designer, curriculum manager, learning and development lead, organizational coach, change manager, facilitator and program manager over several leadership development programs. He has developed multiple programs and courses at the operational and executive levels with various sector leaders to analyze and develop tailor made programs for their target audience(s).

Throughout his career he has focused on creating a client centered, data driven environment that improves all levels of the organization.

He has worked on multiple projects for curriculum development and change management in the following areas: Organizational Onboarding for new graduates and established professionals, Executive Leadership for the United Nations and various NGOs, Resistance and Irregular Warfare for Special Operations European Command, Preservation of the Force and Family for Operators, Interagency Cooperation for Special Operations, Cyberspace Planning for Intel Planners, Design Thinking and Simulated Society(SIMSOC) for Executives, to name a few.

His work in various sectors has included: higher and secondary education, military, nonprofit, international humanitarian, small business and the utilities/energy sectors as well as many other mid to large size organizations.
